Terms of Service
Effective October 23, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of Get Seen 2027 (the "Program"), offered by Kayetriot Media, LLC of Jacksonville, Florida ("we," "us," or "our"), including the sales page, the Get Seen 2027 Wall of Fame, and all related materials, tools and sessions. By purchasing or using the Program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Program.
1. What the Program includes
The Program includes the Get Seen Masterclass, access to an SI Producer content assistant, the Super Intelligence Toolbox, the 30-Day Get Seen Empire Implementation Program, four live group coaching calls with Mark Kaye, and one square on the Get Seen 2027 Wall of Fame. The Program begins November 1, 2026 at 8:00 PM Eastern Time. The live group calls take place once per week during November 2026. We may reschedule a session if necessary and will notify participants by email.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase the Program. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Pricing and checkout
The Program is sold through a rising-price sale. The first purchase is $1, and each purchase raises the price by $1, up to a maximum of 2,027 spots. When you open checkout, your price is held for 5 minutes. If you do not complete your purchase within that time, the held price is released to the next buyer and you will see the then-current price. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. This is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Payments are processed by our checkout provider and its payment processors.
4. All sales final
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits, in whole or in part, for any reason, including non-attendance, non-use of the materials or tools, or a change of mind. See the Refund Policy.
5. Results and earnings disclaimer
The Program teaches content creation, audience growth and monetization strategies. We do not guarantee any particular result, including any number of views, followers, subscribers, leads, customers, sales or income. Any results shown, including Mark Kaye's own analytics, are examples and are not typical. Your results depend on your niche, effort, consistency, market conditions and platform algorithms, none of which we control.
6. AI tools
The SI Producer and Super Intelligence Toolbox use artificial intelligence to help you research and draft content. AI output may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, editing and publishing any content you create, and for making sure it complies with the law and with each platform's rules. The tools do not post on your behalf. Tool features may change over time.
7. The Get Seen 2027 Wall of Fame
Each completed purchase includes one square on the Wall of Fame, displaying a name, a photo or logo, and one link that you provide. Squares change position as new buyers join: the newest buyer appears in square #1 and earlier buyers move forward one position. Placement on the Wall does not guarantee any clicks, traffic or business. All submissions are reviewed before they appear. We may decline or remove any square or link that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, malicious, or that links to spam, malware or deceptive content, and we may remove a square at the owner's request. Otherwise, your square is intended to remain on the Wall permanently. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the name, image and link you submit on the Wall and in promotion of the Program, and you confirm that you have the right to grant that license.
8. Your account and access
Program access is for the individual purchaser only. You may not share, resell, sublicense or redistribute your access, the training materials, the call recordings or the tools.
9. Intellectual property
All Program materials, including videos, worksheets, frameworks, prompts, tools, branding and the Get Seen name, are owned by Kayetriot Media, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own business. You keep ownership of the content you create.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Program to break the law, harass or defame anyone, infringe anyone's rights, spread malware or spam, attempt to copy or reverse engineer the tools, or disrupt the Program or its live sessions. We may remove anyone from live sessions or the Program for violating these rules, without refund.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PROGRAM, THE TOOLS OR THE WALL OF FAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KAYETRIOT MEDIA, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PROGRAM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PROGRAM.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kayetriot Media, LLC and its owners, employees and agents from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Program, the content you create or submit, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
