These terms apply to the DROP 001 waitlist and to any purchase made during the DROP 001 window. By joining the list or placing an order you agree to them.
Regular Edition $45. Signed & Numbered Collector’s Edition $100. Shipping and handling is $9.99 per order to addresses in the lower 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii and APO, FPO and DPO addresses carry an additional shipping charge, shown at checkout before you pay. We ship to United States addresses only. Prices are in US dollars.
Kayetriot Media, LLC is located in Jacksonville, Florida. Orders shipped to a Florida address are charged Florida state and local sales tax at the rate that applies to your shipping address. Sales tax is calculated at checkout and shown on the order summary before you pay, and it is charged in addition to the listed price and the shipping and handling charge. Tax is also collected for any other state where we are required to collect it. Tax is not refundable separately from an order.
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund it in full, if there is an obvious pricing or description error, if we suspect fraud, or if an order exceeds the stated limit of one Signed & Numbered Collector’s Edition per customer. Duplicate signed orders placed by the same person, household or payment method may be reduced to one and the difference refunded.

DROP 001 is a made-to-order limited release produced against the orders placed during the window, so an order cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once placed. Damaged, defective, incorrect and undelivered orders are replaced at no cost to you, and if we miss the published ship-by date you will be offered the choice to accept a revised date or cancel for a full refund. DROP 001 is a preorder. Payment is taken at the time of purchase and production is placed after the window closes. The published ship-by date is on the Shipping page, which is part of these terms.
If you join the VIP list you agree to receive marketing email about DROP 001 and future drops. If you give us a mobile number you also agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages at that number. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
The DROP 001 design, the marks “Mark Kaye” and “Mark Kaye Saves the Republic,” and the contents of this site belong to Kayetriot Media, LLC. Buying a hat gives you the hat. It does not give you the right to reproduce, manufacture or sell the design.
You are free to do what you like with a hat you own. We make no claim or promise about the future value of any hat, signed or otherwise, and we do not authenticate or support resales.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits any right you have under Florida or federal consumer law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.
We may update these terms. The terms in effect at the time of your order are the ones that apply to it.

We do not sell your personal information. We use it to run the drop, ship your hat and tell you about the next one. That is the whole story.

This site may use cookies and advertising pixels, including the Meta pixel, to measure signups and purchases. You can block cookies in your browser and opt out of interest based advertising through your ad platform settings. Blocking them does not affect your ability to buy.
If you cancel an unsubscribe or deletion request we still keep the records we are required to keep for completed orders, such as tax and transaction records.
List data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
We use reputable vendors and reasonable safeguards. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if something happens that affects your information.
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
If we make a meaningful change to this policy we will post it here with a new date.
Drop 001

DROP 001 is a made-to-order preorder. Nothing is sitting in a warehouse. Your hat is produced after the drop window closes, shipped to Mark to be signed, numbered and boxed, and then shipped to you.
Ships by October 15, 2026. If that date moves for any reason, you get an email explaining why. You will not be left wondering.
$9.99 per order. Shipping and handling covers postage, the box and the packing. It is charged once per order. That rate applies to addresses in the lower 48 states.
If you place two separate orders, each one carries its own $9.99 shipping and handling charge, because each one is packed and shipped on its own.
Alaska, Hawaii and military addresses cost more to ship. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii and APO, FPO and DPO addresses carry an additional shipping charge. The exact amount is calculated from your address and shown at checkout before you pay. You will never be charged a shipping surcharge after the fact.
Kayetriot Media, LLC is a Florida business. Orders shipping to a Florida address are charged Florida state and local sales tax based on the shipping address, and tax is collected for any other state where we are required to collect it. The exact amount is calculated at checkout and shown on your order summary before you pay. It is separate from the shipping and handling charge above.
United States addresses only, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO, FPO and DPO military addresses. We do not ship internationally for DROP 001. An order placed with an address outside the United States will be cancelled and refunded in full.
Orders ship by USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. You get a tracking number by email the moment your label is created. Transit is typically two to five business days after shipment, and longer to Alaska, Hawaii and military addresses.
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address you give us. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you and reship it once you confirm a corrected address. A second shipping and handling charge may apply.
If your order is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, we replace it at no cost to you. See the All Sales Final page for how that works. Sales are final, but you are never stuck with a problem you did not cause.

If your hat arrives damaged, defective or wrong, or if it never arrives at all, we replace it at no cost to you. That is a delivery guarantee, not a return policy.
These hats do not exist yet. Nothing is stocked. Every hat is produced against the orders placed during the 72 hour window, and every Signed & Numbered Collector’s Edition is signed by hand for the person who bought it. Once the window closes, your order is committed to production and it cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
Order only what you intend to keep.
None of these are refundable or returnable.
If we fail to deliver what you paid for, we fix it at our expense. We will replace, at no cost to you, a hat that:
Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date if the package never arrived) and include a photo if the problem is visible. No return shipment is required for a damaged or defective hat. Keep it or give it away.
Signed and numbered hats cannot be exchanged for a different number, and we cannot honor requests for a specific number. Numbering is assigned in the order that orders were received. The signature is applied by hand with a paint pen and small variation between hats is normal, not a defect.
DROP 001 is a single adjustable size that fits most adults. Fit is not a defect and is not grounds for a return. If the listing information about fit was inaccurate, that falls under “wrong item” above and we will make it right.
DROP 001 is advertised to ship by the date shown on the order page. If we cannot ship by that date, federal law requires us to notify you, give you a revised date, and offer you the choice to either accept the delay or cancel your order for a prompt full refund. We will do exactly that. This is the one circumstance in which a refund is issued, and it applies only when we are the ones who missed the date.
The Signed & Numbered Collector’s Edition is limited to one per customer. If you place more than one, we ship the first and refund the duplicates. We also reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order we cannot fulfill or that we believe to be fraudulent.
If something is wrong, email us first at [email protected]. We would much rather fix a real problem directly and quickly than have you wait weeks on a bank dispute. We have never refused to make a legitimate problem right. A dispute filed because you changed your mind about a final sale will be contested with the order record and this policy.
